Описание

For one of its clients Development Strategies Ltd. is looking a customer relationship representative.

The work consists in:
- Assisting clients by e-mail, chat and phone during registration, purchasing, use of the site, etc.
- Informing customers on current offers
- Feedback to superiors on customer activity and satisfaction

Work conditions:
- Working in shifts, duration of the shift - 8 hours
- Provided workplace (office in Sofia)

The ideal candidate:
- Has at least one year of experience as a customer relationship representative
- Speaks and writes perfectly in Swedish
- Is able to communicate in English and German
- Has good computer skills
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is highly motivated, proactive and flexible
- Is purposeful and attentive to details
