For one of its clients Development Strategies Ltd. is looking for a WEB DEVELOPMENT TEAM MANAGER

The work consists in:
- Team management of the Research & Development department
- Create and manage a Web development team
- Work with the international development team to coordinate actions and guarantee results
- Participating in weekly R&D management meetings.

Requirements for the ideal candidate:
- Knowledge in Agile SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
- Necessary knowledge in Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns
- Experience in People management
- High level of English
- Experienced in web-programming (senior programmer level) – 5 or more years of experience as a web programmer (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax)
- Project management skills – planning, monitoring and delivering on time
- Independence in team management
- It is preferable to have experience in mobile HTML5 development
- Experience in AngularJS and Node.js will be considered as an advantage
