Responsibilities:
• Perform special projects assigned by the Team Leader
• Reviewing applications and screening candidates
• Post job advertisements to online job boards and social media platforms ensuring we are reaching out constantly to talent within the market
• Researching and finding new niche job boards to promote our roles
• Build and maintain solid relationships with your colleagues and our candidates
• Candidate co-ordination & feedback
• Source candidates from various platforms and constantly explore new ways to attract talents
• Supporting the Recruitment Team with administration recruitment tasks
Requirements:
• Must have a genuine interest in recruitment, be methodical with an attention to detail
• Proactivity, strong “can-do” attitude and strong organizational skills
• Work enthusiastically as part of a collaborative team
• Good English language skills
• No experience? No problem! We will train and teach you!
