ENTRY LEVEL TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH ITALIAN AND ENGLISH
About the position:
You will be responsible for applying troubleshooting techniques and analysis to provide decision of technical issues on a low level. You will support the users on a daily basis in solving simple and not complicated technical problems.
Main responsibilities:
- Accepts requests related to technical problems coming from customers
- Identifies problems and assists clients with their removal
- Respects the deadlines and performance standards of the company

- Fluency in Italian (B2/C1 level)
- Advanced level of English language
- Customer service skills
- Analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks
