Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer will be mainly responsible for the implementation of customer requirements and systems support. Coordinating with vendors, clients and internal developers to ensure continued alignment and delivery of key requirements and optimizations of solutionsServers Operating Systems’ administration (Linux & Windows) including installation, configuration, hardening and updates, and MS SQL Server Administration and SupportInput in network design, installation and support

You will be a team player with a proactive approach to work, 2-3 years of experience in the field and passionate about personal development; with regards to obtaining further certifications. Ideally you will be qualified in CCNA, MCSE or MCSA, have good knowledge of networking and be confident in Virtuatlisation technologies (Hyper-V / VMware). You will also be willing to work closely with clients, travel to their premises and work on call. Therefore you will need a valid driving license and your own mode of transport (Fuel, mobile phone and on-call allowances are offered by the company)

Senior Software Engineer - JAVA

Reporting to the Head of Software Engineering and forming part of a team of 3 back end developers, the chosen candidate will be actively hands on in entire SDLC of the core banking and other financial systems within the bank. In this role, you will also be interacting with front end developers and a QA team.

The client is looking for a team player, with 3 years’ experience in Java development, a good understanding of EJB3, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit and MySql. Good communication and presentation skills are important, and sufficient financial skills to understand the underlying business and its needs will be an asset.

Java Developer in Test (QA)

The Java Developer in Test will have extensive experience in automation testing to support the QA and development function of all new business modules and systems enhancements. They will coordinate end-to-end system testing and integration, including structuring system test plans and executing them, verification and validation, and bug triaging.

The client is looking for a team player, with 3 years’ experience in Java development, a good understanding of EJB3, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit and MySql, and around 2 years’ experience in designing and implementing test automation using frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, SoapUI, Junit and Cucumber. Good communication and presentation skills are important, and sufficient financial skills to understand the underlying business and its needs will be an asset.

Mobile Application Developer (Android / iOS)

Reporting to the Head of Software Engineering and forming part of a team of 3 back end developers, the chosen candidate will be actively hands on in entire SDLC of the core banking and other financial systems within the bank. In this role, you will also be interacting with front end developers and a QA team, to coordinate the complete mobile development cycle, including architectural design, testing, integration and publishing of the Bank’s mobile application software solutions.

The client is looking for a team player, with 2 years’ experience in mobile application development for iOS or Android, ideally with knowledge and experience using Objective-C and Java with iOS and Android SDKs and Frameworks respectively. Experience of web service integration, including SOAP, REST, JSON and XML would be great assets.
