For our client an English company, leader in the field of development of online payment and e-money solutions and one of the largest prepaid online voucher providers in Europe we are looking for a customer relationship consultant who wants to join the growing multinational team.
Responsibility:
• Support clients through the process of using the company’s products via telephone and chat
• Offer professional service with quality and speed
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Portuguese
• Very good knowledge of English
• Easily approachable and communicative person
• Multi-tasking skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Committed and loyal
