Quality Assurance Specialist


You will…

Evaluate on existing quality assurance standards, policies and procedures
Create and implement new quality assurance standards, policies and procedures
Review implemented quality procedures in regards to efficiency
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
Prepare KPIs and reports to communicate outcome of quality activities
Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
Responsible for creation / maintenance of documentation covering the quality standards procedures and policies
Assure ongoing compliance with quality requirements

You have…

Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
Knowledge in the area of IT operations will be considered as plus
Advanced analytical skills
Thoroughness
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Customer service competency
Ability to work in a team
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Certifications an advantage including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma, Lean management will be considered as plus
