Due to the rapid growth of the company for their office in Sofia, Bulgaria, together with our client we are hiring:


DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL MANAGER


You will have to ensure that Distributors manage their accounts and meet their targets, to motivate the mid-range system integrators to increase their business by utilizing the tools and facilities that have been made available to them. You will do regularly business reviews with the Distributor’s organization as well as managing the Distributors to increase the ability in selling products. Last but not least, growing and expanding the business with your channel partners (2-tier) and it will be your responsibility to prioritize your accounts and the attention given in order that the business potential of the portfolio is maximized. You will also participate at various events, seminars and other sales activities.

MUST-HAVE requirements:

* Professional experience with security (IT or IP) and/or video surveillance is a MUST!
* Preferred experience with working with distributors and a 2-tier sales approach
* Fluent English language (both written and verbal). Knowledge of other European languages would be considered an advantage!
* Good IT skills and MS Office
* Strong business acumen and capable of developing and managing multiple initiatives with partners
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in order to present to all audiences, build strong relationships and negotiate effectively
