WANTED: A creative thinker with excellent writing and research skills to help us elevate that work as our full-time, in-house copywriter. As a member of the creative team, our copywriter will write and edit copy for a variety of projects, will work closely with the Sutherland Marketing team and will know how to attract the right talents and strengthen the Sutherland name as an employer of choice on the EMEA market

Responsibilities:
• Craft compelling content for a variety of media including social, print, video, and online
• Drive brand consistency across all company communications channels
• Support various Talent Brand initiatives including, but not limited to photoshoots, video, interviews and other
• Be a brand ambassador, advertising the benefits of working at Sutherland in various online channels
• Participate in the creation and execution of different marketing and PR campaigns related to Talent Acquisition needs in close collaboration with the design and Marketing team
• Implement company’s brand guidelines
• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere
• See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment

Qualifications and Skills:
• 1-3 years proven experience in content marketing or copywriting
• Proficiency in English (a second language will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Creative and Storytelling mindset
• Collaborative spirit
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Batchelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or other related field
