Technical Support with Italian and English

Due to the rapid growth and expansion of company operations, currently we are looking for more people to join our Technical Support team.

You will represent the company in front of our growing international customer base. You will be part of a team of young, motivated people, working together to provide quality technical support assistance. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with constant opportunities to improve. Your daily duties will include resolving hosting related technical cases for our clients and communicating with SiteGround clients through our Help Desk.

Your Responsibilities:

Online communication with SiteGround's customers;
Solving technical problems for the customers;
Assisting the customers with their website maintenance;
Ensure tasks and client requests are handled in a timely manner;
Diverse working schedule including weekends and night shifts;
Our Expectations:

Fluent written Spanish;
Fluent written English;
Strong communication skills;
Great attention to detail;
Must possess strong problem solving and analytical skills;
Able to comfortably work in fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
Good time management and multitasking skills;
Self-management and reliability;
Ability to work independently as well as in cooperation with our team;
The following will be great advantage, but is NOT required:

Computer science education and/or relevant work experience;
Knowledge and experience in any of the following areas is a great advantage: Linux, MySQL or other DBMS, Apache web server, DNS, Mail services and Working on remote servers using shell access;
Knowledge of any of the following Open Source platforms is a plus: Joomla!, WordPress, Magento, Drupal, PrestaShop, OpenCart, etc.;
Previous experience in the customer service field;
