This is a remote, home-based position

Scopic Software (www.scopicsoftware.com) is seeking intelligent, hard-working, passionate Senior QA Engineer. This is full-time position working on an existing software application that already has customers using it. Initial responsibilities will center around manual QA but there is the opportunity to do automated testing in the near to intermediate future.

Duties:
• Analyze project documentation, create and maintain test documentation
• Coordinate with development team during development process
• Create and execute test cases
• Perform functional and regression testing

This is full-time position.

Hourly rate range is $12-$18/hr depends on skills and experience.

Scopic Software is US-based company with employees in more than 20 different countries. The company develops custom software for clients in various markets. All employees work remotely from their home. Scopic Software is one of the largest virtual software companies in the world and has been in business for more than 10 years.

Requirements: • 3+ years working experience in manual QA • Very good English reading, writing and spoken skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure when needed • Working experience with Linux – i.e., some ability to use the command line effectively. • Some familiarity with automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework) • Dedication and discipline to work remotely from home • Good home computer and internet connection
