SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER


The Software Engineering Manager will take over, build and lead successfully a group of engineers with roles both in development and test. Are you ready to take the challenge?


MUST-HAVE skills, knowledge and experience:

* 3+ years of People Management Experience and good interpersonal, communication and cross-group collaboration skills
* 5+ years of experience developing commercial software
* Solid experience with C# and .NET framework 3.5/4.0/4.5 and JavaScript (C++ knowledge is an advantage!)
* Strong software architecture understanding
* Experience with Agile / SCRUM, multi-threading and object oriented programming
* Bachelor’s or higher University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant IT specialty
* Fluency in English language (both written and verbal)
