The purpose of the role is to manage the implementation of automated links from customer or 3rd Party workflow environments into the HP Enterprise Services standard tools & processes (ITIL).

Working with the ESM Project Manager the person is responsible for all aspects of Business Analysis, and Design of the Interface solution from development through unit, integration testing, working with the project to successfully UAT and Move to Production.

Responsibilities:

• Develops understanding of the Scope and the importance of the management and control of it.
• Collates requested information for the client;
• Develops an understanding of the relationship with client and 3rd Party nominated contacts.
• Produces documents needed Process flow ad Data Mapping
• Produces Unit and Integration test plans
• Provides consultancy and support during UAT.
• Gathers clients/3rd Party requirements.
• Coordinate and ensure Connectivity.
• Develops awareness of Project Management techniques;
• Escalates all conflicts/issues affecting Project/Program outcome to the Project/Program manager and provides supporting information;
• Organizes and maintains all project related documentation as prescribed and required by the HP standards and policies and as agreed by the contract with all participants.
• Stabilisation support and handover to L3/L4 support.

Technical Skill Levels & Training requirements

• Follow training plans, requirements and schedules as outlined by the Team Lead.
• Complete and keep up to date with all Mandatory trainings. (ITSM, Security Fundaments, Standards of Business Conduct, Environmental Health and Safety, Standards of Personal Conduct and others applicable)



Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Technical, Business or related disciplines. Preference shall be given to candidates with Computer science or related.
• 1 – 3 years of demonstrated industry-specific knowledge with awareness of project management and project life cycle;
• Ability to work with large worldwide virtual cross functional teams.
• Knowledge of Managed Services processes to interface with support teams.
• Fluent verbal/phone and written communication skills, in English language
• Integrity of character and ethics
• Ability to identify risks, manage them and act when they become issues under supervisors direction
• Initiative, positive thinking and motivation, assertiveness, negotiation and influencing skills
• Customer oriented and Results driven.
• Team player
• Good Presentation skills
• Ability to work with and manage People remotely –remote management skills
• Ability and skills to apply basic PM related knowledge to HP business
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks, problems and requests in a high pressure environment
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Facilitation and self-organization skills.


Technical skills:

• Proficient knowledge of: MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Internet Explorer, MS Office Communicator
• Basic Awareness of: MS Office: Project and Visio, MS SharePoint
• Knowledge of ITIL

Technical skills that will be a plus but not required:
• SQL Server
• Biztalk 2010
• XML/Javascript knowledge
