Their team has built secure, scalable and highly available systems with large scale deployments ove the years, integrating various technologies and building delightful experiences.

Project description:
Worldwide Learning Management System for a large enterprise client with 2M+ users across 170+ countries. Platform is Liferay based and project is for support and new features implementation. Sample new features include: prelogin pages redesign based on SPA, internationalization and localization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Participating in development of software solutions and products;
Maintaining development documentation;
Follow software development best practices;
Help improving development process;
Proactively participate in design and architectural discussion;
Mentoring and coaching new hires.
Requirements:
Advanced experience with building large-scale PHP/JavaScript applications;
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3;
Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery;
Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS;
Experience in an Agile environment;
Experience in unit testing, code review, CI;
Experience with GIT;
Linux working knowledge;
A detail-oriented, creative individual, taking initiative and being inventive, suggesting ideas for improving the process and achieving better results;
Strong analytical skills with ability to design and develop web-based applications;
Excellent interpersonal communication and a good ability to work with people;
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a similar university degree;
Fluent in English;
Able to work from 14:00 to about 22:30 for the first months of the project.
The following would be considered as a plus:
Experience in applying REST design principles.
Experience with building custom applications based on Drupal 7 or 8.
