IT Recruitment Specialist
Hi! We are Easy Consult – a well-known Bulgarian consultancy company, connecting numerous companies and job applicants, helping both sides find the best fit for them.

Are you the approachable, friendly person that people find easy to speak to?
For our Client - Fintech company - We are looking for a motivated individual to join the team as a IT Recruitment Specialist.

Some of your typical work assignments will include:
✔️ Manage the full-cycle recruitment process;
✔️ Post job advertisements to online job boards and social media platforms ensuring the company is reaching out constantly to talent within the market;
✔️ Build and maintain solid relationships with your colleagues, candidates and working closely with company’s co-founders to qualify roles;
✔️ Work closely with hiring managers, team leaders and managers to understand each position’s requirements
✔️ Source candidates from various platforms and constantly explore new ways to attract talents;
✔️ Researching and finding new niche job boards to promote our client’s roles;
✔️ Being point of contact for external recruitment agencies, universities and job boards.

And if you have:
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in the HR field or experience as IT Recruiter;
✔️ Fluency in English;
✔️ Proactivity, strong “can-do” attitude and strong organizational skills;
✔️ Ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met;
✔️ Self-driven, flexible and motivated person with the ability to work under pressure.
