For one of our clients we are currently looking for a talented and motivated person to join the team on the position of Support Representatives

Responsibilities:

• Support clients on a daily basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions
• Identify and develop a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges
• Provide online product training
• Build dashboards and reports upon clients’ special requests

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or B.A. degree in computer science / Information technology / Data Base / BI
• Excellent knowledge of MS excel
• A basic understanding of databases and data mapping / Java script coding - Advantage
• Strong technical and problem solving skills for complex data problems (Data mapping, building data hierarchies, building reports, Visualize Data)
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, both written and verbal – English at a mother tongue level.
• Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers, agencies and internal teams.
