AS OUR ACTIVITIES ARE GROWING UP ACROSS EUROPE, WE ARE LOOKING FOR UI C# / .NET SENIOR DEVELOPER, COMPLYING WITH THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, development, testing and releasing to production of new functionality through the stack across a number of technologies and components.
Assists with analysing and writing software specifications
Estimates workload, designs and develops new software and enhancements to existing software applications
Maximise team performance through setting specific goals and measuring against these objectives, taking appropriate action where necessary.
Ensure that work is of the required quality by listening to calls/reviewing work and providing feedback.
Recommends changes to client software based on information such as client feedback, language changes and new technology


ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
5+ years of C# application development experience in a professional environment
Excellent coding skill in .Net Framework and C#
Strong Enterprise C# WPF development skills
Experience with C# Winforms development
Awareness of UX design principles and practices
Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, Sybase)
Troubleshooting and debugging skills
Knowledge of software architecture and object oriented design (OOD)
Experience with Agile/Scrum development cycle
Experience in test automation and test-driven development (TDD/BDD practises)
Excellent written and spoken English


USEFUL ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Experience working with the Infragistics (UI controls) and Unity (dependency injection) libraries.
Experience working with Cruise Control, SVN, XUnit, MS Prism and Reactive Extensions
Knowledge of HTML5 / Javascript / CSS / JSON based services
Knowledge of .Net server-side framework and tools (e.g. WCF, Service Bus technologies)
