Corporate Clients Specialist with French

What you need is:

• Fluency in French language;
• Very good command in English;
• Posses friendly attitude;
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team;
• Ability to work under targets;
• Sense of discretion around confidential information.


Responsibilities:

• Working closely with corporate clients via phone or e-mail;
• Verifying requests;
• Database management;
• Identification of appropriate problem;
• Build loyalty among new clients.
