We are seeking a skilled and dedicated System Administrator to join our client's team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and maintaining various operating systems and software environments. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and implementing system upgrades.

Shift-based working hours are available with three shifts: 6 AM - 3 PM, 8 AM - 5 PM, and 9 AM - 6 PM.
Working days are Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, depending on the team's schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support Windows HP and DOS environments, ensuring their reliability and performance.
• Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Windows NT 4.0 systems.
• Administer and maintain Novell NetWare 4.12 servers, including user account management, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Perform database management tasks, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SQL databases.
• Support and manage Windows 2000 services, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Implement and maintain new computer systems, networks, and servers.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot issues, and promptly resolve IT-related problems for end-users.
• Ensure systems are secure, regularly updated, and compliant with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in managing Windows HP, DOS, Windows NT 4.0, Novell NetWare 4.12, and SQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good English: written and spoken
