For our client, an Italian company, producer with more than 30 years history in the sector of High Definition Flex Print Technology, we are hunting:

Service Technical Manager (head of Bulgarian Service centre)

Job Description:
- Coordinate and motivate the office in Bulgaria, made up of a team of mechanics and electricians, by periodically reporting to the Company headquarters
- This person should be willing to work 50% of his time as a technical manager/service manager and take of care of the management of a new project if necessary
- Mechanical design background and understanding of tolerance stack
- Develop practical and innovative mechanical designs, using SolidWorks 3D CAD
- Highly developed sense of responsibility and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Willingness to travel abroad as installation supervisor, total approx 40 working days per year
- Send a weekly written report to the company headquarters in Italy
- Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office being the only reference between the Bulgarian service centre and the company headquarters.


Qualification and profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering with distinction
- 2 years’ experience in Project Management or Service departments
- Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks 3D CAD and general PC skills
- Еxperience in hydraulic servo driven press
- Strong English communication skills both written and spoken (at least C1)
- Italian knowledge would be an advantage
- Knowledge of high precision mechanics, high precision parts
- Dynamic person with managerial and leadership skills
- Customer service oriented
