Helpdesk and Customer Support Agent with English + French or Dutch


*The position is located in Ruse, Bulgaria

Responsibilities
• Inbound telephone and email communication from our customers in the required language, and in English, to provide technical/helpdesk support for customers using our online systems.
• Escalate any IT or system issues to the regional service team for resolution.
• Manage customer communications throughout investigation and resolution of the technical issues


Required skills and experience:

• Fluent in English +Dutch or French
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent soft skills
• IT background, or strong interest in technical support (Helpdesk only)
• Interest in providing sales support (Customer Support only)
• Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations
