For one of our clients – a global technical support and customer service company– is looking for an excellent Trainer with German language. The perfect candidate hаs to be ready and willing to share their expertise with others and bring their potential to the next level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dedicated to teaching complicated technical information and providing knowledge about working in the customer service field;
* Support, mentor and monitor new employees regarding their performance and response to training;
* Communicate with operations supervisor in order to ensure a smooth transition process for both sides.

Requirements:
* College degree and/or equivalent work experience;
* Language proficiency in German language is a must;
* At least six months supervisory/leadership experience;
* At least one year of classroom training experience;
* Training or Facilitation Certification - ASTD or DDI will be regarded as an advantage;
* Understanding and application of Adult Learning Theories;
* High level of knowledge about customer issues and possible ways to resolve them;
* Strong time-management, organizational and presentation skills.
