IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Please note that this position requires working on shifts!

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for execution of new customer provisioning;
- Plan and execute regular software patches and upgrades;
- Perform changes on SAP environment devices and servers;
- Perform system application administration and troubleshooting;
- Perform configuration changes;
- Participation in internal projects concerning new client provisioning, upgrades, interact closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve issues;
- Resolution of incidents in a professional manner;

Technical skills:

- Strong customer focus and excellent team player;
- Linux practical knowledge, working understanding of Linux command line;
- Knowledge and understanding of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ARP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, LAN, WAN);
- At least 1 year experience in IT or operations related job (or at least 1 year experience of supporting
- Good communication and verbal skills in English;

Advantages:

- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent;
- Good ability in analyzing, troubleshooting, & resolving basic network service connectivity issues;
- Analyzing/troubleshooting networking-related issues (e.g. using arp, netstat, trace);
- Knowledge in bash scripting or any other script language is a plus;
- An understanding of monitoring, virtualization and cloud computing;
