On behalf of one of our client, we are looking for dedicated IT Support Manager to join their team.

As IT Support Manager you will be responsible for the team of 3 providing the IT Helpdesk, 1st level support across the company. You will be managing the team that are key in keeping the company's team up and running whether from home or in the office. The role is the escalation point between 1st level and 2nd level IT support and internal clients.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining strong relationships across the leadership team, internal clients and IT.
• Responding to technical queries of internal customers, using a ticket system
• Acting as main point of contact for troubleshooting and escalation
• Managing client hardware and software and assessing needs of internal customers
• Setting up computer systems (hardware and software) for company's staff across Europe
• Technical moderation of web conferences and webinars
• Administration of cloud-based applications
• Resolving system and application issues, where required with support of suppliers
• Optimising internal IT processes
• Measuring service satisfaction levels
• Performing routine IT housekeeping tasks
• Managing the purchase of IT material and components
• Supporting the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) for the Sofia office


Team structure: You will be providing guidance and support to the IT Helpdesk Team.

You will receive guidance and support from the Director, IT and Information Security, the IT Backend Team and IT Security Team.


What do we want from you?

• Significant relevant experience in the IT business/system administration, team management experience is strongly preferred.
• Customer service orientated with good communication skills
• Analytical and creative thinking skills, with the development of pragmatic solutions to internal customer requirements.
• Experience taking responsibility for the organisation of daily team tasks and their completion.
• ITIL certification ideal
• Fluent English is essential, German skills are beneficial
