Customer Support Specialist with German Language

Requirements:

- Fluent oral and written German language skills;
- Excellent level of English;
- Excellent customer and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure to tightly controlled deadlines;
- Advanced Microsoft office skills;
- Willingness to work in a team;
- Exceptional ability to learn new skills;

Responsibilities:

- Handle German speaking customers;
- Accurate and timely escalation of complex cases, when needed;
- Consulting customers about the specifications of the company’s products;
- Focus on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials;
- Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support;
