Candidates must be ready to work late shifts.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Respond to and resolve a wide variety of consumer queries by phone or email;
Provides customers with advice and information regarding clients' products and services;
Navigating multiple systems simultaneously in order to update e-records promptly and accurately;
Proactively provide support and assistance to colleagues and work together as a team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
Very good command of spoken Spanish (C1) and English (min. B2);
Experience in a contact center or customer facing role is a plus;
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in products, process and technology;
Proven track record of excellent attendance and time-keeping;
