For our client - global marketing analytics company we are looking for:

Support Analyst

The Support analyst will be a part from international marketing company, with great and friendly team. Please note that this opportunity requires working on shifts, which makes the position great for students.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Support clients on a daily basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions;
Identify and develop a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges;
Provide online product training;
Build dashboards and reports upon clients’ special requests.

You must have the following qualifications:

Excellent work with Excel and formulas;
Problem Solving;
Fluent English;
Ability to work closely with customers & negotiate effective outcomes to their problems;
Thinking outside the box.
