We are searching for open minded, energetic and motivated team players with a passion for customer service to join our team for one of our temporary projects.

The job will involve the collection of outstanding debt, minimisation of outstanding debt, meticulous attention to detail and building customer relationships.

DESIRED SKILLS
• Fluency in English (both written and oral);
• Very good German (both written and oral);
• Knowledge of Excel (intermediate), able to produce simple mail merges and V Look ups;
• Clear communications skills;
• Ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize in order to meet deadlines under pressure and often from own initiative;
• Assertiveness;
