A leading in its’ area of expertise company is expanding its’ activities related to business-to-business e-invoicing networking.

The primary function of the Data Manager is to еnsurе the data in the database is inputted correctly at initial sale and kept correct when changes are made and to assist in clean-up work for existing data in the system.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 1 year in similar role in a Finance department;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience working with customers;
• Advanced level of Excel;
• Diploma in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics

Desirable
• Knowledge of invoicing/accounting packages;
• Other languages will be considered as an advantage.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the Head of Supplier Data in recording and retrieving financial details of the company, including maintaining financial records, setting up tariffs, grouping of accounts, financial reports, calculating transactions, and investigations;
• Sales order processing: When any new sale is made the order should be processed by finance to ensure that account has been correctly set up in terms of: Supplier type/ Bill to/ Tariff/ Ledger/ Grouping
• Contact Data updates/editing:
- Deletion of ‘hard bounce’ contacts from our database following communication;
- Contacting suppliers when there are no valid billing contacts on their account;
• Any ad hoc clean-up work that is needed, for example:
- Correcting incorrect ledgers;
- Correcting incorrect tariffs
