• Excellent work with Excel and formulas /esp. Pivot tables and Vlookup/;
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work closely with customers & negotiate effective outcomes to their problems;
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks and works teams in a delivery focused environment;
• Thinking outside the box.

Challenges you are going to undertake:

• Provide guidance to customers via phone or e-mail;
• Assist in the resolution of different queries;
• Promote different offers and discounts;
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support;
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
