Position Title: Junior QA Engineer- Experian Data Quality

Responsibilities:
Write test cases based on defined acceptance criteria;
Create and utilise appropriate test data to support tests;
Use test case management tools (manual/automated) to organise and record results of test execution.
Demonstrate understanding of QA Approach defined for team owned products;
Aware of which activities should be considered when conducting release and sprint planning;
Understand the test automation fundamentals and team’s test automation architecture;
Execute and interpret results from existing automated tests;
Maintain and update existing tests and perform basic debugging.
Basic grasp of performance testing fundamentals;
Execute and make minor changes to existing performance tests;
Familiar with different types of outsourced security tests (static, dynamic, manual) and when they should be applied.
Have basic VM and test environment skills;
Understand basic principles and importance of effective release management;
Participate actively in all agile rituals – planning, stand-up, retrospective, backlog refinement, demo;
Take part in estimation and decision-making process within the team;

Requirements:
Formerly trained to software quality assurance and specifications – have base knowledge level on quality assurance in most of the areas mentioned above as principle responsibilities; IT Degree level preferred;
IT certificates in the domain of knowledge preferred.
Have basic understanding of software development process;
Show self-organizational abilities;
Have a record of working towards a common goal with a team of people (e.g. during internship or group project at university);
Open and tactful personality - seek and give feedback, willing to share knowledge and help;
Eager to learn and grow professionally as QA.
Fluency in written and spoken English and local language;
