One of our clients, an international company, is setting up a new Shared Services Center in Sofia. The aim of the SSC is to support the business and be known as a value creator through outstanding service and financial expertise.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join one of the teams at the position of Reporting Improvement Specialist

Main responsibilities:

•Managing DWHs to ensure proper reporting and analysis;
•Extracting data from different ERP systems;
•Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to determine reporting requirements and develop appropriate solutions for new reports and modification of existing ones;
•Raise DWH Issues to the relevant Support Teams for investigation;
•Analyze data and make recommendations for improvement and optimization;
•Provide Input for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closing process;
•Provide support to Business Planning processes and presentations;
•Design and create tools to actively help operations team to get more efficient in their daily activities;
•Identify and implement process automations;

Requirements:
•Minimum of 1 year of experience in with large data bases and data analysis;
•Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Computer Science/Economics or equivalent;
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions;
•Basic Microsoft Excel VBA experience and understanding;
•Very good command of English both oral and written;
•Second language will be considered as an advantage - French, German, Italian, Spanish.
