Our current client is a Swiss financial and accounting company with newly registered entity in Bulgaria and ambition to rapidly grow its local back-office operations. On their behalf, we are actively looking for Legal Advisors to join and grow within their Varna team.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review contracts from various business areas;
Prepare financial services contracts, special pledges and other documents in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation;
Prepare legal opinions and conduct consultations on various legal cases;
Compose, arrange, and follow up on Corporate and commercial documentation;
Monitor the applicable legislation and inform about significant changes;
Participate in meetings or exchange of information/documents with the regulatory authorities;
Assist company management in preparing legal statements/opinions and legal strategies;
Prepare/Draft internal policies, guidelines, best practices, formal templates.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Law;
Strong interest and understanding in the sphere of Contracts, Commercial and Labor Law, personal data protection;
Strong analytical skills and attention to details;
At least one year of experience in a similar position;
Fluency in English (German will be an advantage);
Curious for learning and willing to acquire new skills.
Knowledge of banking and Fintech industry would be an advantage.
