It`s recognized with their ability to connect large businesses with their customers through rapid creation, prototyping and ready-for-market implementation of new products and services in the field of e-Learning platforms, gamification and sales force effectiveness tools. For them we are looking for:

Senior IT Project Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Manage clients, lead projects end-to-end, and coordinate the production team;
• Effectively communicate with the client and stakeholders to accurately identify and capture project requirements, communicating these expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion;
• Coordinate resources, timing, and budgets while leading the project execution.
• Work with cross-functional project team members on numerous assigned projects, developing and managing project plans that encompass the complete product development life cycle from project initiation, planning, development execution to delivery;
• Provide guidance and assistance to the project team to ensure the success of projects throughout all stages.
• Ensure client satisfaction, specifically, quality of program execution and anticipation of future needs.

Required qualifications and skills:

• At least 3 years of experience with team/project leadership or system responsibility role(s) in an IT/Comms/Digital environment developing project plans and managing Web and mobile-based solution delivery from implementation through to completion.
• Results-oriented, organized, highly motivated and detail-oriented with a high level of energy;
• Expert project management skills, especially communication skills, project planning, risk management, and team management;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Technical/Comms/Digital Background: able to expertly collect requirements from the client and communicate these to the project team;
• Excellent English;
• Willing to travel.
