Team description & Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a brand advocate who is passionate about technology and cares strongly about the Customer Experience! Job Responsibilities:

• Single point of contact in a business to business communication in case of incidents, requests or other information that is required by our customers
• Act as a cross-functional liaison between our corporate clients and internal engineering teams to drive solutions for our clients
• Learn from experienced team members and utilize deep product and industry knowledge to serve as a strong cross-functional communicator
• Provide consultation (mainly via email but also phone) to clients in relation to a broad portfolio of services in the fields of Connectivity, Communications and Computing
• Communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of customers: from ambitious start-ups, national and international enterprises, global telecommunication and mobile operators, OTT and internet giants, system integrators, channel partners to governments
•Track progress of every case in the CRM system (Siebel) and make sure that it is always up-to-date and accurate

Experience Required:

• Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of related experience within a strong customer facing environment, preferably related to technologies
• Highly customer-focused, analytical thinker who can quickly assess and identify customer needs
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally
• Excellent English is a must
• Knowledge of the Internet and different Internet technologies is a plus

The role offers flexible working schedule on the following shift pattern:
•8-hours shifts which are distributed from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm
