HPE Client Virtualization Services centralizes the distributed client environment and delivers virtualized desktops and applications to end users wherever they are, and to whatever device they’re using. While the desktop and applications function the same way for the user, the IT organization benefits from improved security, better performance, increased flexibility and scalability, and potentially lower costs.

Client Virtualization Services team is part of one of our major business lines Enterprise Services Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO). We create client virtualization solutions based on Citrix, VMware and MS products for our enterprise customers. If you are interested to step into the dynamic world of Virtualization Technology and accept the challenges in the Citrix, AppSense and VMware technology, now you have the opportunity to do so by applying for our Client Virtualizations Services position.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide management of a client's workplace environment by delivering a mix of automated and personalized services.
• Perform proactive analysis of issues and identify solutions for those and apply necessary fixes to the environment
• Deep-level troubleshooting in conjunction with vendor and third-party support within the Citrix, VMware, Microsoft and AppSense technology
• Ensure proper documentation and application of changes for environment configuration as well as architecture
• Perform daily operational activities, issue resolution and communication with other involved teams in order to deliver stable service, with high quality, and as-requested by business customers
• Perform other duties according to the IT Service Management processes

Qualifications:

• Experience and educational background:
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support, operations monitoring or end user support
• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent certifications will be considered as an advantage

Personal skills and qualities:

• Excellent communication skills and customer centric focus
• Team player and ability to collaborate and cooperate with members of the team and members of other teams
• Ability and willingness to pro-actively learn new technology, processes and other skills
• Analytical problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English

Technical requirements:

• Good knowledge in Windows server 2008/2012
• Windows Terminal Service/Windows Remote Desktop Services knowledge
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Group policy objects and user profile management
• Experience with Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop 5.0 – 7.6
• Understanding of Network components (NW topology, addressing, routing, firewall, SIP protocol, LAN/WAN, etc.)
• Experience or knowledge in the following products will be considered as a strong advantage - AppSense Desktop Now, Vmware Horizon View, Hyper-V, XenServer, MSSQL
