Successful candidates will lead customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, executing and controlling customer projects. Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems.


Your responsibilities will include:

Manages end-to-end customer project delivery of projects with visible impact on HPE Services
Manages project financials including P&L:
- Meets or exceeds SOAR approved budgets
- Provides reliable financial forecasts
- Manages client relationships:
- Manages mid to upper level client delivery relationships
- Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
- Manages project team
- Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 20 people
- Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members
- Provides detail performance review input and development recommendations for team members

Requirements:

- First level university degree
- Professional experience: 5 years of experience in customer facing project management or in similar roles/businesses
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Fluency in German is a must
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key HPE TS-C operational
- Policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.
- Deep knowledge of project management methods
- Ability to make quick and informed decisions
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
- Participates in the HP PM Professions community
- Customer oriented attitude
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent knowledge MS Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project
- Familiar with Business IT systems
- ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage
- PMP certified or on the certification path
