For our client - dynamic IT services company - we are looking for:
Reporting Specialist

The Reporting Specialist will be a part of a software company, with great and friendly team.
Please note that this opportunity requires working on shifts.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Support clients on a daily basis to help resolve system issues and answer client questions;
• Identify and develop a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges;
• Build dashboards and reports upon clients’ special requests;
• Support the reporting structure for the company;
• Participate in transforming data into measurable output on charts following predefined methodologies
• Support and Validation of Project documentation;
• Use an interactive, web-based reporting developed specifically for the market research industry;
• Keeping strict deadlines.
You must have the following qualifications:
• Experience with Excel and statistical analysis programs (SPSS, SAS) is an advantage;
• Ability to work closely with customers & negotiate effective outcomes to their problems;
• Experience in ERP is an advantage;
• Problem Solving;
• Fluent English;
