What you’ll be doing…
You will be part of IT enterprise architecture team and will be working on strategic programs that drive the enterprise business. As an Enterprise Business Analyst, you will engage with senior level stаkеholders from various departments within the company and gather high level requirements. You will work on IT solutions that fit with our long-term strategy and goals. Additionally, you will participate in the projects throughout the whole life cycle ensuring the solutions implemented achieve the stated business benefits.

Execute preliminary analysis of the change requests submitted by internal customers
Define high level scope of the incoming initiatives
Understand the business needs and define a proper high-level solution with the functionalities and respective changes that will meet the business objectives
Identify impacted systems, stakeholders and potential risks, based on the business requirements gathered
Co-ordinate the technical solution proposal with architecture and dev teams
Conduct business processes reengineering, ensuring their higher quality and efficiency according to the internal customers‘ requirements
Take part in the technical solution creation process
Support the detailed analysis process and ensure that the change requests and projects are executed and implemented as per confirmed scope and solution
Take part in the improvement of business analysis activities and in the overall quality of IT services provided

What you will need…
Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in ICT
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, whereof at least 3 years experience as Business analyst
Excellent communication skills and highly developed ability to work in a team
Strong analytical abilities, attention to details and innovative thinking
Fluency of written and spoken English
Working with multilingual distributed team, with in-house and external delivery resources
Knowledge in IT services, procedures and good practices
Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
Advantage: If you have at least one of the following…
Telecom business knowledge
Practical experience with BPMN and UML
Knowledge in Service oriented architecture
Technical knowledge: Web services, Microservices, SQL
