411 Marketing was founded in 2007 in response to the growing need for local advertising, with a goal of being the most creative Internet Advertising Agency, while providing small to midsize business owners with diverse, affordable and effective Internet Marketing services, which includes local and Organic Search Engine Optimization, website design and development. Now we are looking for a Project Coordinator in our IT Department.


Job purpose:
Thе position has to coordinate the needs between different clients and possibilities of the system. Candidates should be familiar with CRM systems.
The employee will be responsible for taking decisions with changes in the CRM system.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Coordinate projects between clients and the development team;
-Coordinate communication between the projects;
-Produce functional specifications, delivery plans and other related documents;
-Plan and monitor a project progress;
-Support both the client and development side with detail updates and timely communication;
-Identification of new trends and providing ideas for improvement of the product;
-Arrangement of the functional specifications in a proper way;
-Cooperation with other departments.


Job Requirements and Qualifications:
-Excellent communications skills;
-Excellent presentation skills;
-Excellent spoken and written English;
-Ability to plan, organize and prioritize;
-Knowledge of software development, web and mobile applications;
-Team player;
-Attention to detail;
-Experienced with IT project management workflow;
-Experience with project planning;
-Experience with CRM systems;
-Customer orientated personality.
