Our current client is the newest and largest global gambling company which currently enters the Bulgarian market. They are opening a brand new 8-store building right next to a metro station in Sofia and plan to hire around 1500 employees in 2023!


The company is currently looking for multiple Online Game Presenters with English, Turkish or Bulgarian only (!) to join their dynamic team. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity, then this might be the chance you have been waiting for!



Responsibilities:
Setting up the betting table before a game begins;
Welcoming the players to the table;
Operating the games at gambling tables (dealing cards, distributing dices, assisting with slot machines, operating roulette wheels, etc.);
Presenting the game and the rules;
Handling the chips and money for the casino;
Making sure games operate fair and smooth;
Interacting with customers and providing a pleasant experience;
Perform other online casino dealer responsibilities as per the live game requirements

Requirements:
Excellent customer service;
Good communication skills;
Analytical thinking;
Active listening skills;
Attention to details;
Having a polite and friendly manner;
Ability to concentrate for long periods;
Good command of Bulgarian, English or Turkish
