The successful candidate must be an energetic executive with strong leadership skills who can work in a dynamic work environment and has experience with a Development team management.
He/She must be a team player with the ability to achieve or exceed his/her objectives. He/She must possess excellent communication and problem solving skills, the highest level of integrity, and be able to inspire trust and confidence.

Desired skills and experience:
• At least 2 years of experience on a supervisory or team management position;
• Excellent social and team management skills;
• Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of OOP;
• Established experience in development with Microsoft .NET framework;
• Proficiency in modern web or mobile applications and JS libraries;
• Experience with DB and SQL;
• Good command in English.

Main Responsibilities:
• Lead the entire software development process;
• Develop and manage team of developers – inspire and motivate team members, appraise their performance, plan and coordinate developers’ work;
• Responsible for code quality - review source code of the team;
• Make decisions in technical questions;
• Act as a scrum master.
