Our Parnter is global payment technology company with extensive growth plans for European, Asian
and American markets. For their IT team we are looking for a motivated and driven
System Administration professional.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

Maintenance and support of desktops, printers and windows applications;
Install and configure desktop hardware ensuring, all new distributed laptops, thin clients and PCs comply with company IT policy;
Manage user requests for new desktop hardware, from order to fulfilment, including packaging equipment for delivery to end-user;
Train end-users on basic software, desktop hardware and peripheral device
Perform Active Directory and email account administration;
Identify trends in user issues to assist in continuous service improvement;
Creating documentation relating to desktop solutions and users guides;
Supporting and maintaining the end-points within the business which will include desktops, PCs, laptops, printers and any windows applications (incl. Skype, FileShare, etc.);
Provide Break/Fix action and Root Cause analysis
Involvement in introduction of new solutions and platforms

Desired experience and requirements:
Windows-based PC support (Windows 10 / 8.1 / 8 / 7 / XP);
Microsoft Office support;
O365 experience is a strong advantage (e.g. Skype for Business, Teams);
Good communication (both verbal and written) skills;
Good documentation skills (e.g. creation of technical user guides);
Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems and standards;
Deep knowledge of MS SCCM – is an advantage;
Wi-Fi Solutions, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP;
Hardware support;
Fluent English Speaker;
Team player.
