This position is currently open for a joint venture project between Bulpros and its partner, a company developing software solutions for the financial industry. As the partnership is strategic, a dedicated unit for software implementation will be created in Bulpros company.

Bulpros is hiring a Project Manager (PM) for software implementation projects. This opportunity has arisen as a result of strategic partnership within BULPROS within new unit in formation for software implementation to various customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of developing IT solutions fulfilling business needs
Help the process of solutions implementations by determining project requirements, scope, goals and deliverables
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects and develop full scale project plans, define project tasks and resource requirements
Drive the whole project delivery life-cycle from initiation and analysis through design, development and testing and finishing with deployment
Lead the planning and implementation of project within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, resources and quality
Track project deliverables, monitor and report on progress of the project
Quality management and present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions and analyze and manage project risk and issues
REQUIREMENTS:
3 + years of experience in Project Management in the software industry
Experience with managing enterprise software development projects
Experience with managing projects for software implementation would be a great advantage
Experience with managing software projects in the financial/ bank sphere would be a great advantage
Good understanding of IT fundamentals and the software development life-cycle
Experience with requirements development, customer interaction, strategic planning, risk and change management
Good communication management, inter-personal and leadership qualities
Highly organized, able to prioritize and meet the deadlines
Creative, self-motivated, able to work with a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and initiative
Master or Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Economics, Management will be an advantage)
