JOB DESCRIPTION:

In the scope of new challenging projects, we are currently looking for a Project/Program Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Definition of the project management plan and development of related documents
• Coordination of the project team to deliver solutions in accordance with requirements of the client
• Planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects including quality assurance and risk management
• Maintenance of company’s interests (contractual management, costs, amendments, risks etc.)
• As a Project/Program Manager you will manage projects in the following fields:
- Architect, design, implement and test operation support system software providing mostly automation of business processes and surveillance of layer 1 and 3 network equipment
- Customer Care Business Process Automation
- Data modelling for raw data ingestion
- Data modelling for reporting and aggregation objects
- Development of customized process to manipulate data in DB
- Providing APIs and other features that are presented to the workflow designer as widgets that can be dragged/dropped into a flow to enhance the automation behind the flow for specific services and customers based on data collected from network elements

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of project/program management experience
• Telecom background and knowledge of SW development lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with team members, ability to work remotely
• Ability to communicate and coordinate activities across many tasks simultaneously depending on the complexity of the project
• Ability to prioritize projects and deliverables
• Excellent presentation skills
• Advanced English
