The Customer Care development team delivers customization and support of the keystone system in VIVACOM’s IT architecture:


Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Based on Oracle Siebel platform, the CRM system plays crucial role in all major corporate activities related to sales and customer service, also financial and marketing reporting and analytics.
The CRM itself is a powerful standalone system with rich front-and back-end features but is customized and integrated via web services with most of company software systems to achieve complete end-to-end automation of business processes.
The CRM encapsulates the master product catalogue and all our service offerings including products, tariffs, bundles and promotions are accounted in the CRM.
The enhancement of the CRM functionalities is being done through a combination of configuration (new products and UI customizations) and programming in java-like Oracle proprietary language and PL SQL (for integrations and more complex business logic)
The work includes frequent updates based on development of the company’s products portfolio but also bigger projects for re-engineering the corporate business processes and services innovation.
Being part of the CRM development team is an ideal opportunity for those who want to develop both technically (programming and databases) and in the Telco business

If you have the following skills and experience
Relevant university degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Telecommunications or other technical discipline
Good knowledge and understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms and logic
Strong analytical thinking, fast learning and team play
Very good command of English

Advantage will be experience with any of the following
One or more programming languages (PL/SQL, Java, Javascript or similar)
Telecommunications business
Knowledge of web services
Experience with relational SQL databases such as Oracle or MS SQL and SQL queries (PL SQL preferable)
