JOB DESCRIPTION:Our partner is a world leader in digital security and the top provider of complex digital and smart card solutions for all major mobile operators, bank houses and public services. This position is within the Telco division in Prague (project managers, integrators, testers, developers) and provides hardware and software services to a large range of Telecom operators in EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
• Clarifying requirements & estimating workload & risks
• Product verification and validation according to requirements
• Defining a test strategy, preparing and executing the test plan
• Selecting tools and/or developing them if non-existing; development of automated tests (soapUI, Grinder, RobotFramework…)
• Issue analysis & reporting (HP QC/ALM, Jira…)
• Cooperation with other developers, technical leaders, testers and project managers locally and remotely
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of work experience as a Tester/Validator
• Experienced with testing on Unix/ Linux platform
• Good knowledge of validation methodology (writing specification, validation test plan, development standard load tests tools)
• Knowledge of the Quality Assurance processes, automated test environments
• Basic programming skills – Java, any scripting or OOP language, SQL (basic)
• Experienced with project life cycle (at least one completed project)
• Ready for some business travel (in Europe) for knowledge transfer or for project (acceptance with our customers)
• Advanced English
