You will be a part of a highly collaborative group of creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation. The designers strive to revolutionize the way enterprise users experience the products. You will have the opportunity to influence cultural change and to promote a design-driven culture.

Responsibilities:
• Work on multiple domains within the scope of the product and be able to prioritize work based on use cases, user needs, and frequent use of features 

• Make sure that the product has a consistent “look and feel” by following company-wide UX Design Standards and UI Control Specifications 

• An open eye and instinct to find usability issues/gaps for existing features and offer design proposals to improve their user experience 

• Validate design proposals with developers and stakeholders of the project, and also with internal customers and internal colleague
• Handle intimidating situations and defend design ideas, in order to be able to convince stakeholders that the design proposals meet the users’ goals 


Requirements: 

• 2+ years of UX experience in user experience and interaction design for complex web applications or services 

• Strong background in user-centered design principles 

• Proactive and team player in a high achievement-oriented environment
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
