For one of our clients – the leading payments solution provider on the market, we are currently looking for a determined Customer Support Representative with Italian or French.

This could be an excellent opportunity both for non-experienced young enthusiasts and for professionals that already have previous experience to become part of one of the top employers on the Bulgarian market.

Job Description:

-Support and maintain communication with clients on a daily basis via phone, e-mail and chat;
-Execute organized and structured process for customer quires regarding provided services;
-Ensure that clients receive customer service of highest level.

Job Requirements:
-Excellent English and Italian/French skills – both oral and written;
-Proven customer-orientated attitude and communication skills;
-Computer literacy;
-Previous experience on a similar position would be considered an advantage.
