For one of our clients – company in the field in sales – We are looking for a Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of the team. Essentially you will need to be a good communicator with strong leadership and people development skills. The position calls for a high energy, quick thinking manager who has managed both production support and people.

What will your duties be as a team manager?
* Monitor Team performance and activity - this includes work quality and customer service;
* Give effective and timely feedback to colleagues on achievement of goals, targets and objectives;
* Take appropriate action to maintain and improve the performance of your team;
* Maintain client's company image, ensuring a good reputation is upheld at all times, when dealing with clients and customers;
* Holding regular team briefs, task delegation, review team issues and overall performance;
* Encourage & develop team members to their full potential.

What are we looking for in you?
* Excellent English - C1;
* Experience within a fast paced multi-tasking environment;
* Ability to identify requisite steps to be taken in order to achieve specified objectives and ultimate team success
* Experience within sales and managing teams or projects, with direct people management experience in the BPO field;
* Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented.
